Battaleys Mews is set within a quiet and secluded self-contained cul-de-sac just under 400m from the famous, renowned powdery sand and crystal clear blue waters of Mullins Beach which features beach chairs, motorised and non-motorised water sports.
The classic colonial-style architecture perfectly complements the superbly maintained lush tropical grounds, and each three-bedroom house offers more than 2,300 square feet of high-quality, contemporary interior spaces, cleverly designed to encourage easy, inside-outside family living set within the secure gated development of just under four acres.
Besides the generous living and dining areas, the ground floor features a powder room and fully fitted kitchen with stainless steel high-quality European appliances. From the living area, French doors open onto a covered patio with spa pool and large enclosed private garden overlooking open space.
A sky-lit, curved staircase rises through the heart of the house leading to the master suite, two further bedrooms, and a family bathroom. The 257 square feet master suite has its own private balcony, fitted wardrobes, and capacious bathroom, elegantly finished in Travertine limestone, with a bath and walk-in shower.

The master bedroom features a signature solid Oak super king sized four poster bed with nets, a ceiling fan and air-conditioning.
The second bedroom also features a super king sized four poster bed with nets fitted, wardrobes and also benefits from a roof fan and independently controlled comfort air-conditioning.
Bedroom three can be configured as two “petite double” twin beds allowing two adults enough space to sleep comfortably or as an emperor sized bed, depending on your requirements, and features a roof fan and air-conditioning.
The bedrooms and bathrooms feature heavyweight pure cotton towels and Egyptian cotton sheets and linen for comfort. Oversized beach towels are also provided for your convenience.
The house features a discreet but capable tech-package with UHD 4K TV, Streaming and Cable Services, Premium Sound-bar with Bluetooth, PS3, DVD/Blu-Ray/MP3 player and a selection of discs, High-Speed WiFi Internet and a Bose Sound Dock with iPod in the master bedroom. At the front of each house is a driveway with ample room for two to three cars and an external storage area.
Management of the swimming pool, bar, gym, tennis court, children’s play area and landscaped gardens is provided by the staff who are on-site around the clock.

Battaleys Mews 9 has been a wonderfully relaxing property to stay at. It is extremely spacious, spotlessly clean and had all the facilities we needed such as BBQ and even cool bags for shopping. The location is excellent being far enough away from the coast road to be quiet but close enough to the Mullins and Gibbs beaches to make it a hassle-free walk. The gated community and security gave us a good degree of reassurance. The clubhouse and pool area are just a few steps away and has become our go-to place after a tough morning on the Mullins beach or at the Mullins spa, both a few hundred meters away. Everything has more than exceeded our hopes, we will definitely be back.
The house is spacious, very clean with good bed linen and plenty of towels for both the house and pool. The house is well placed for the West Coast beaches and restaurants although most decent places are a car ride way. Overall, we would recommend this as a quiet place to stay.
