Waterside 101 is a beautiful beachfront, executive ground floor condo located on the Platinum Coast of the island.

This luxury apartment offers two air conditioned ensuite bedrooms equipped with ceiling fans, a fully quipped kitchen and a living area with central air conditioning that opens to a cozy covered terrance, that leads to the communal pool and beach access gate.

The spacious Master bedroom is tucked away to the far left on entry and offers a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with tub and shower. Guest bedroom 1 is located adjacent to the master bedroom and provides a king size bed, that can be made as a twin upon request. Its ensuite offer a walk-in shower and single vanity.

Waterside offers guests access to a free parking, a communal swimming pool and direct beach access. Situated five minutes away by taxi to Holetown and approximately ten minutes away from our capital Bridgetwon. The property is within close proximity to duty free shopping, banking, restaurant and supermarkets.
