Since opening its doors in July 2001, Just Grillin’ has become a go-to spot for fresh, affordable grilled meals served in a relaxed, casual atmosphere. With a focus on high-quality ingredients and meats grilled to order, the restaurant has earned a loyal customer base over the years.
All seasonings and sauces are made in-house, including their signature Bajan and Jerk blends that infuse each dish with bold, distinctly local flavour. Their popular Caesar dressing and BBQ sauce, originally created for in-house use, are now available for retail purchase due to high demand.
Guests can choose from a selection of five thoughtfully prepared sides to accompany their main dish, with the Caesar Salad standing out as a customer favourite. The restaurant’s sweet and mildly spicy barbecue sauce is also a hit, featured on everything from burgers to ribs.
In January 2008, Just Grillin’ expanded to a second location in Holetown, bringing their fresh, flavourful fare to the West Coast of Barbados.
