Tradewinds is a 1,400 sq. ft. first floor, two bedroom apartment. Tradewinds features a fully fitted kitchen with Decoran counter tops and includes all the amenities one would need for a home away from home. These include a refrigerator with ice maker, stove top, oven, microwave, coffee maker, utensils, dishwasher and more. The open plan offers a roomy air-conditioned living and dining area with seating for six, opening onto a private covered terrace. The living area is equipped with a television, cable, a DVD and video. One will enjoy cooling breezes from the terrace that flow throughout the apartment. Al fresco dining, bar with sink and small fridge can be found on the terrace.
Two spacious bedrooms situated on either side of the apartment include a queen bed, storage space, air-conditioning and garden views. The Master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower, whilst a shared bathroom with tub/shower sits just outside of bedroom 2 and is perfect when entertaining guests.
A roof-top pool and bar invites residents within that block/building to enjoy a swim or relax, especially at sunset, this is a great place to entertain.
Beacon Hill is within a short drive from Speightstown, Holetown and their many amenities (including golf and tennis).

We stayed at 303 Tradewinds in Mullins. It was a lovely break. The 2-bedroom apartment is so well appointed, quiet, spacious and very clean. The standard of furnishings and fittings is of the highest and nothing has been overlooked. The many extras that the owners put into Tradewinds really set the apartment above most others that we have stayed in and around the Caribbean. And everything works!
There is a lovely large lounge that opens to a very spacious balcony with the sea views in the distance. The breezes cool the apartment and along with the ceiling fans in each room, we didn't use the air -con at all.
Tradewinds is in the small Beacon Hill development, set back a couple of hundred meters from the road that runs parallel to Mullins Bay – it’s only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The location is excellent and we enjoyed long walks and swims along the nearby beaches and bays and there are a least 6 places to eat and drink within a short walk.
We didn’t use the communal pool in the gardens but we did use the plunge pool on the roof of the 3 story block which was great, with marvellous views. We would highly recommend 303 Tradewinds, it really is on the highest quality and we could find no fault with it. we will be back!
