Jasmine at Mullins Bay is a stunning three bedroom and three bathroom villa located on the prestigious West Coast of Barbados, steps away from Mullins Beach.
This beautifully furnished townhouse which sits within the exclusive Mullins Bay Development can accommodate up to seven guests comfortably. The three-storey layout features a living area, well-equipped kitchen and private roof deck with spectacular Caribbean Sea views. The villa also offers a shaded dining terrace, with a BBQ, and a private terrace complete with wet bar.
In addition, the grounds include beautifully manicured gardens and a communal swimming pool. Mullins Bay is located across the road from Mullins Bay Beach, one of the most popular beaches on the island. In addition, the villa has beach membership at the Fairmont Royal Pavilion where guests have access to sun loungers, water sports and the beach club restaurant as well as the in house hotel restaurant.
Guests also have access to Singita Wellness Spa which is a few steps away, within Mullins Bay Development and includes: Unlimited classes, Gym Access, Poolside Relaxation and 10% off all treatments (Subject to 4 guests at a time).

This place was immaculate! Everything in this villa amazing. Clean and welcoming. I loved every single inch of this place! Mullins beach was beautiful. I loved the pool and the bedrooms and the kitchen. I even loved the dining room outside. It was everything lovely and exceptional! I will go back next year and rent the same villa again!
This was our second stay at Jasmine, Mullins Bay and it was everything we remembered it to be from 2 years ago - and so much more. It has everything you would ever need - lovely spaces, great views, privacy and security. The option of a quick dip in the villa's own pool or longer swim in the communal pool was great for the kids. We're already trying to decide when our 3rd trip here will be and if you're thinking about coming to Jasmine - I would implore you to do it. You will be blown away.
This is a 3-bedroom-3 bath villa that is beautifully decorated and maintained. The bedrooms are beautiful and each have their own lanai facing the water. The backyard is magnificently landscaped and has a private pool. The villa is just across the road from a great beach Mullins. We shall return!!
