Located on the world renowned Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort, this Royal Villa is a beautifully furnished three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom villa.

The upper level of the property offers high-vaulted ceilings and features an open plan living and dining area, kitchen with stove top, and covered terrace perfect for quiet afternoon reading or enjoying the views out to the communal swimming pool and sea beyond. Also located on the entry level is the first guest bedroom, which offers an ensuite bathroom.

On the lower level, the ensuite Master bedroom is furnished with a King bed and offers a large sitting area. The second guest bedroom, also ensuite, offers 2 twin beds and walk through closet. Both bedrooms offer a covered patio, and access to the private plunge pool. All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning and ceiling fans.

The main resort, just a short distance away offers a club house with pro-shop, restaurant and bar. There is also the Sanctuary which hosts another communal pool and a state-of-the-art fitness centre. Tennis courts are also available on the main resort.

There is a daily resort fee for use of Royal Westmoreland facilities. applicable to all villa renters from 1st August 2018. This fee will be payable at such time as the Club issues guest cards to the villa renter.
