Upstairs, is the fully open plan layout, boasting high pickled tray ceilings, and double doors which open onto a covered terrace allowing for constant cooling breezes. From the upper level, one will enjoy beautiful views over the pond, lush gardens and fantastic views of the Caribbean sea.

This villa is located within the gated community of Royal Westmoreland, with 24 hour security, and has social membership allowing their guests access to the various amenities of the resort, as well as personal club membership to The Fairmont Royal Pavilion, with complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas.

There is a daily resort fee for use of Royal Westmoreland facilities. This fee will be payable at such time as the Club issues guest cards to the villa renter.
